Ahmar Shakir, D.O.

Dr. Shakir is our dual trained fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon.  He trained in New York and completed a fellowship in Hand surgery at the Kleinert Kutz Institute of Hand and Microvascular Surgery in Louisville, KY.

Dr. Shakir is an expert in all Orthopedic surgery including Upper Extremity surgery such as Carpal Tunnel, Trigger finger and Dupuytren's Contracture and Rotator cuff repair.  He is also a skilled surgeon for the lower extremity such as ACL reconstruction and foot & ankle surgery.
